National experts predict that within 10 years there will be NO VOLUNTEER EMS. Let's not let Lenox fall victim to that prediction, but instead, show our commitment to our community. Let us know if you would like to be notified of the next EMT class. Advanced EMT class begins January 19 at the Lenox Ambulance Station. Contact the Director for more information. Must be currently certified as an EMT in the state of Iowa and have a current HCP BLS card to enroll. The Lenox Ambulance Service is authorized as a transport ambulance service by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Bureau of EMS.
